I bought this book as my 3 year old daughter will only eat a select few things, and it was stressing me out. I haven’t as yet tried to make anything from the book but after looking through the recipes and reading the tips, I feel more positive. I know my daughter will grow out of being a fussy eater. I just hope it’s sooner rather than later and with this book I think it just might be!

I would fully recommend this book. Everything i have made has been delicious, simple and really quick to do. Plus my 6 year old daughter has liked everything i’ve cooked so far. this is my top book and i use it all the time. cook from scratch quickly simply and deliciously, i wish i’d known about this book years ago.

This is an average book in my opinion. Each page is packed with information, some common sense. There are no pictures for the recipes (I like to see what mine should look like) and the recipes have been done over and over again in other cook books in a much clearer fashion. Some of the dietary information at the beginning is interesting to know, but I am guessing this will be one of those books that sits on my shelf and never gets used.

I just love the netmums books, they are so helpful, informative and fun to read.

I loved this one so much I bought it again to give to a friend who had a child who is a fussy eater……… and guess what it worked.

This book is a must for any one who prepares/cooks meals for children of any age………
